This video was created by the Institute for Community Inclusion at UMass Boston in celebration of the funding provided by AT&T to two graduate assistant positions in employment services. The video illustrates the value of working in the community for people with disabilities.

Stories like Sarah’s give meaning and value to the work behind College of Employment Services (CES), part of the DirectCourse suite of online curricula. Developed by the Institute for Community Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts Boston, CES provides employment professionals with training based on the APSE competencies, and gives them skills to assist individuals with disabilities and other challenges to find rewarding employment.
