EPM Updates

IE8 Support

As of January 12, 2016, Microsoft has discontinued support of Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) and Internet Explorer 8 (IE8). Security and other critical updates will no longer be available for these browsers. In response, Elsevier has also discontinued support of IE7 as of January 12, 2016. In order to introduce new features and technologies to our products as well as provide the best user experience possible, we have also discontinued support for IE8.

While it is possible to continue using IE7 or IE8 after we discontinue support, some features may not work properly. Bugs or performance issues that appear only when using IE7 or IE8 may not be investigated or corrected as we discontinue support.

We recommend that, when able, customers that use Internet Explorer should upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer (IE) to ensure the best possible experience.

Login Report

Elsevier Performance Manager’s new report allows you to enter date ranges to see login information across your site, allowing admins to track learner activity more easily.

This sample report shows activity of a group of learners between a set date range.
