Please join the DSW Resource Center Team on Tuesday, November 18 for a webinar presenting the final report of The Road Map of Core Competencies for the Direct Service Workforce project. This CMS funded, multi-phased research project was implemented through the National Direct Service Workforce (DSW) Resource Center, and identified and validated a common set of core competencies across community-based LTSS sectors.  The goal of the project was to assist states to take a more comprehensive and standardized approach to DSW training and workforce quality improvement through the creation of a nationally-validated core competency set.

This webinar will cover: the process used to create and validate the core competency set, results of the project, potential ways the results can inform DSW development efforts and programs, and questions and dialogue.
