The College of Employment Services is an integrated, web-based curriculum designed for professionals who support people with disabilities and other challenges to find employment. Our self-directed courses connect  professionals with a nationally recognized set of competencies for their field. This curriculum offers a clear career path while celebrating the role employment support professionals play in society – all while keeping training costs low. Each of the courses in The College of Employment Services are approved for continuing education credits by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC).

College of Employment Services course content is created by the Institute for Community Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
